Goose Creek - SAT: 1,500 cfs , THEN ON SUN: 48 MPH, AND 50 DEGREES - TRIP SCRUBBED
TOO MUCH WATER ON SATURDAY - TOO MUCH WIND ON SUNDAY -

For the first Weekender trip I was choosing the close-in Goose -which the notoriously dodgy Leesburg gauge was predicting to be running at 1,500 cfs at put-in time (11:00). (Canoe Zero is 200 cfs.) Going to be sunny but COLD - (high at 50) ////////////// Alf
