Gary Quam will coordinate a Needles trip from Bakerton to Harpers Ferry Adventure Center (HFAC). Meet at the upper parking lock of HFAC at 10:00 am. Water level is forecast to be 2.1 ft., 1,430 cfs at Shephardstown. Contact Gary at gquam64@gmail.com if you would like to participate.
