Slalom Techniques For River Running - K-1 Long Boats

Course Objective: How to apply slalom techniques to improve boat control while running whitewater.
Course Agenda: 10:30 - 10:45 Warm up and review course objectives. 10:45 - 11:15 Review forward, reverse and sweep strokes. 11:15 - 12:00 Work in gates. Suggested reading will be sent by email prior prior to the clinic. Take trail from towpath at Lock 6 to the Little Falls put in, take out on the feeder canal.
