Update: C&O Canal Available at Violettes Lock

The C&O Canal section from Pennyfield Lock to Violettes Lock (Locks 22 to 23) is now fully watered and unobstructed, assuring that the full GW Canal loop can be paddled. Moreover, the canal level above Great Falls Tavern (20 to 21) and the level above Swains Lock (21 to 22) are filled, offering an extra five extra miles of flatwater paddling.
