About this event
This week’s Sunday paddle will again be the GW Canal. The weather forecast shows a high around 68° with a 25% chance of rain over all. The hourly prediction is for 20% rain chance of showers, with a 10 mph easterly wind. Meeting time is 1000 am at Violette’s Lock. The predicted Little Falls gauge is 4.4 ft, at 8:00 a.m. so a little more than last week.

PFDs are required for all. Helmets are required for kayakers using spray skirts and highly recommended for all others. Airbags are strongly encouraged for boats without other means of flotation. If you need safety equipment, please advise the trip coordinator.
