Friday Morning Rose & Shine - River Bend Park
About this event
Join the Loudoun Kayakers’ Group (their early risers) to paddle upstream for a bit of a workout.
The park opens at 7 am. We’ll plan to be out of the water and loaded up by ~8:30 am. Map pin is at the park entrance. Follow road all the way down to the boat ramp. We’ll paddle upstream for 40-45 minutes then paddle back in 10-15 minutes or just paddle around the fairly flat water within sight of the boat ramp. There is a slightly challenging paddle upstream. I’ll post an update the evening before if boat ramp is closed. Please check before heading out.
