I am looking into planning a party/festival on the Potomac at Seneca Landing, and was wondering if there's a big raft or barge I can use for the event. I have a 5-piece band that wants to play on the river, and they'll want to do it with three of the five guys standing up, and with room for the drummer's drums. I was wondering if any water craft big enough to do that exists in the area, and what it would it would take to get it on the river.
