Surfeited with too many Violettes Lock Loops, I'm taking whomever will join me to transit the Potomac from Kephart Landing east of Leesburg, Va - and paddle across the wide Potomac to Edwards Ferry in Maryland. Meet folks there (ca 9:30), look into the Goose Creek - River Locks of the C&O Canal, then return across the Po and up the Goose to Kephart. Nose into the (rather low - 100cfs) Clapham Falls Rapid.
