Novice Kayaking Class-Cancelled

This class is for people who have recently started kayaking and want to learn more. You must have your own boat and gear.

All participants must fill out the ACA Waiver and Insurance form.

Signed ACA waivers will be collected at the start of the class.

To save time, please bring the completed ACA form with you to the class.

We have not had enough students sign up so have converted the class to be a set of informal paddling trips with limited instruction. Please call ahead to confirm if you plan to join on Day 1 (240-505-3942).

You must have your own boat, helmet, spray skirt, paddle and PFD (life jacket). Bring water, snack food and appropriate clothing for the weather conditions. You will get wet. If you are a member of the American Canoe Association (ACA) please enter your ACA membership number.
Cancellation Policy:
Please notify the class or event coordinator if you will not be attending.

If a fee was charged, you will receive a credit on your account for the full amount. This credit can be used to pay for any future CCA class or event, or for membership dues. We do not reverse credit card payments.
