MLK paddle Riley's to Pennyfield

Alan Gale will coordinate a MLK Day paddle from Riley's to Pennyfield.

The plan is to cross the Potomac at Riley's, go down the GW, recross the Potomac and exit at Pennyfield.

Some may attain.

Meet at Pennyfield Lock at 12:00 to set shuttle.
