Savage Release - 1,000 cfs - 2 or 3 Runs - Jim Long Coordinating

A whitewater recreational release from Savage River Dam is scheduled Sat, 28th from 10AM to 4PM. I want to be at the put-in around 9:30 to see the start of the water being released by the dam. I should like to make two or three runs. I intend to be meeting folks at Lowes parking lot, Front Royal (NE quadrant of the I-66/ US 522 crossing) at 6:30am.
