Attendees: Ross D, David B, Wayne McD, Larry L. Barb B. Met at 9:30am at VL, set shuttle with PennyL as take-out and we were on the water by 10:30am, off the water by approx. 12:30pm. Three open boaters and two kayakers. Mild air temp (low 50s) but windy which made for an interesting paddle across the Potomac to the canal. Strainers peppered throughout the canal made for a more technical run than the last time this author paddled the canal (July 2017).
