CCA Club Meetings

The Club usually holds its general meetings at the Clara Barton Community Center, 75th and MacArthur Blvd in Cabin John, MD. For more information on meeting programs, contact the Program Chairman.

Please Note: Parking in the neighborhood can be a sensitive issue. We will have the lot behind the building available. Otherwise, please consider carpooling or parking farther away, especially if you have an identifying feature like a boat on your car.

Monday, June 28th (7:30 pm) Meeting/ Program

An Adventure on the Cascade River. Dan Flath is a whitewater canoeist from Minnesota with professional level video talents. He and his buddies are into steep creeks, Canadian wilderness, and where possible, first descents. See all that come together in this engaging video of a trip (that you probably would not wanted to have been invited on) on Ontario’s Cascade River, Pukaskwa National Park. If you enjoy wilderness, whitewater, flatwater, or watching others suffer, then you don’t want to miss this.
