CCA Club Meetings

The Club usually holds its general meetings at the Clara Barton Community Center, 75th and MacArthur Blvd in Cabin John, MD. For more information on meeting programs, contact the Program Chairman.

Please Note: Parking in the neighborhood can be a sensitive issue. We will have the lot behind the building available. Otherwise, please consider carpooling or parking farther away, especially if you have an identifying feature like a boat on your car.

Monday, February 22 (7:30 pm) Meeting/ Program

The first meeting of the decade is on the above date at Clara Barton Community Center, Cabin John, MD. As usual, there will be a short meeting followed by a good program. This evening, Mike Aronoff returns to tantalize us with the delights of a float down Idaho's Middle Fork Salmon R. Mike organizes an annual trip on the national gem, and there may be a slot left for you. So brave the dark and cold of this February evening, and come join your friends.

Monday, April 26 (7:30) Meeting/Program

The Potomac Conservancy will visit us this evening and acquaint us with their accomplishments. It was the CCA who spawned this group over 20 years ago to protect our beloved river from the threat of development. Let's see how they have been doing.
