You must have Adobe Acrobat on your computer. If you don't have Adobe Acrobat 5 you can use the link below to go to the Adobe website to get the free Acrobat reader.
Get Adobe Acrobat Reader 6.0
If Acrobat is on your computer, left click on the link below and the Membership Form should open on your computer screen. Print the form by using the Print icon on the Acrobat toolbar or choosing File Print from the Acrobat menu.
If you left click on the link and the Membership Form does not open in your browser, right click on the link and choose Save Target As or Save Link As. Then open and print the form from the location where you save it on your hard drive.

- CCA membership is $25 if you receive the newsletter via snail mail.
- CCA membership is $15 if you receive the newsletter via e-mail.
- Although the membership form says "$15 on-line," you cannot sign up on-line. You must print the form, complete it, and then mail it to Susan Sherrod at the address listed below.
- The "on-line" refers to receiving the Cruiser via e-mail.
- This is the same two page membership form that is sent out with the Cruiser.
